Yes I know this is a very expensive stainless steel brew pot but to be honest it is the best kettle I know of and it is worth the price. Over the years we have tried out many homebrew kettles and some of them where not bad at all, but last Christmas my brother in law (he probably had a good year) surprised me with this stainless steel brew pot and it is shocking to learn that a kettle can make so much difference.

We all know that a homebrew kettle must be made of stainless steel and must be in good condition,and it should be big. If the large pot is not stainless steel or if it is enamel covered metal but it is chipped, it is no good for a home brewery set because the beer will end up tasting like the metal.

I did use a stainless steel brew pot before but this one is different, the wort is equally heated and that seem to make all the difference. The taste of the beer is better, it is easier to use and it is good to clean.
